Westgate House is one of the final buildings in the flagship regeneration project on West London’s Golden Mile in Brentford. Made up of 83 one and two-bedroom apartments spread over nine storeys, the modern Westgate House features one of Europe’s largest vertical living walls, private gardens and great views of London.
To ensure adequate natural ventilation was provided, whilst keeping the typically moist British weather out of the building, a weather resistant ventilation solution was required.
The CS RSH-5700 was chosen for its best in class combination of airflow, rain defence and spacial efficiency, offering Class A rain defence up to 3m/s.
Featuring a complex, extruded aluminium blade profile the RSH-5700 provides Westgate House maximum defence against water penetration, whilst maintaining excellent airflow characteristics to keep fresh air flowing through the building.
