Channels and Plates
A combination of channels and plates for protection of door edges and face(s).
Plates are supplied with straight edges as standard. Bevelled edges (round or 45° bevel) can be requested.
NOTE: Door edges may have to be rebated to allow for sheet thickness.
Formed Angles
Large size formed angles for protection of door edges and faces.
NOTE: Allowances have to be made for the thickness of sheet to ensure a good fit in the door frame. Rebating or adjusting is likely to be required, especially in part height applications.
Application in Wet Areas
A solution for humid or wet environments consists of an angle and a channel to cover door faces and edges, including the bottom door edge.
NOTE: A suitable, moisture resistant adhesive must be used, and any joints sealed to prevent moisture ingress.
